Professional grinding system from the American manufacturer Lansky

Package includes: polymer case, vise, grinding oil, three guide rods, three flat diamond grinding wheels with 120, 280 and 600 grit.

The diamond grinding wheels are very aggressive and quickly remove material from the knife being ground. They are therefore also suitable when we need to change the angle of the sharpened blade, to sharpen very hard material or to reconstruct a damaged blade.

The guide rods help to maintain the angle of the blade and make the sharpening very precise.

Choose from four grinding angles from 17° for very sharp blades, through 20° and 25° suitable for everyday use in the kitchen or outdoors to 30° suitable for heavy duty work

Grinding procedure:

1. Insert the knife blade into the clamp and tighten with the screws.
2. Attach the guide rod to the grinding stone. Place the grinding stone on a flat base and fix the guide rod flush.
3. Insert the guide rod into the desired hole for the angle and start grinding.
