Professional grinding system from the American manufacturer Lansky

Package includes: polymer case, vise, grinding oil, four guide rods, three flat grinders with 120, 280, and 600 grits, and one "V" stone suitable for sharpening serrated knives.

The guide rods help to maintain the angle of the blade, making sharpening very precise.

Choose from four grinding angles from 17° for very sharp blades, through 20° and 25° suitable for everyday use in the kitchen or outdoors to 30° suitable for heavy duty work

Grinding procedure:

1. Insert the knife blade into the clamp and tighten with the screws.
2. Attach the guide rod to the grinding stone. Place the grinding stone on a flat base and fix the guide rod flush.
3. Insert the guide rod into the desired hole for the angle and start grinding.
