Knife SOG Terminus black

The SOG Terminus is a knife with a blade made of high quality BD1 steel, which guarantees a hardness of up to 60 HRC. The surface is blackened to prevent light glare. The blade is made of modern G10 material.

The CTS-BD1 steel from the American company Carpenter is produced by vacuum and melt filtration. It is a chrome steel with a high carbon content that provides stainless properties with high hardness and excellent wear resistance. In terms of hardness and wear resistance, the alloy behaves very similarly to tool steel. Carpenter® CTS® BD1 achieves a hardness of 58 to 60 HRC (Rockwell).
